Housing Stabilization Services
Our Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) program is designed with the purpose of assisting individuals with disabilities and underserved population with their housing goals. Our team supports individuals in their journey toward effectively finding and maintaining stable, secure housing that meets their needs.
Deciding what stage you are at on your housing goal:
Housing Consultation
If you are at the beginning of your housing search journey and do not have a case manager, you may contact us to develop a Housing Focused Person-Centered Plan. Our team will support you to select a housing transition or sustaining provider.
Housing Transition
Our team will assist you with the housing search and application process. We will support you with applying for financial and other benefits to afford your future home.
Moving Expense
You may be eligible for support to assist with cost of the moving fees. This is a one-time use service that will cover the cost of application fee, security deposits, cost of securing documentation that is required to obtain a lease, and essential household.
Housing Sustaining
Our team will support you to maintain living in your new home in the community. We will help identify and prevent any early identification of behaviors that may jeopardize your housing.
